If you have enrolled on a course by buying / purchasing a course licence or a voucher from a third party website, AND you have not yet started/enrolled yourself on our or our partner’s LMS – you can claim a full refund from the website where you purchased your voucher.

Meducination.com will not issue any refund for students who buy vouchers from third party websites.

For enrolments directly with Meducination.com:

• In the event of an unexpected circumstance/s, that may cause you to cancel your enrolment for access to one or more courseware program(s), which you have paid for, and have not yet accessed, a full refund will be issued (less any charges levied to Meducination.com by the payment gateway provider).The refund is processed within 7 days post request.
• In the event that you have already started / commenced a course and you need to drop, the refund will be processed based on the End User Licence Agreement of our partner/s if requested within 14 days from the purchase date.

No refunds will be issued after 14 days from the purchase date of the courseware.
